I like the subtlety of the story. The tension was minimal yet the suspense is still there. The characters are really engaging and the prompt shift in POV makes you want more. I love how the world of radio collided with the world of locks and keys. I think the visual elements has, in a way, "unlocked" something inside both the main characters.

Missing one of my best friends ☹️ reading this passage is like reading a page from my own memoir. 😅

The story was predictable but still gave me all the feels 😭 i like the stories within the story, made it more interesting and added a little bit of mystery.

This book is definitely overhyped. For me, this was just an okay book. The story itself was engaging enough. It's still a good mystery to solve. The problem I think is with the characters. They're not really likable. As in I didn't care much for any of them, I just want to finish it! Maybe it'll translate better as a film. I'm still gonna watch it because Emily Blunt. And the teaser poster was awesome, tbh.

You can't imagine my excitement when this book was announced! Now, it's here! Sadly, I do have to agree to most of the reviews that this reads like a fanfic. Knowing the characters for so long, you'd find yourself questioning some of their actions/ decisions. Still, I liked it. Maybe I'm just so happy to be back in Harry's world, I don't know. It was still a great magical ride, and it did hurt saying goodbye once more. ❤️⚡️

The book comes with an introduction from the author himself on how he stumbled upon writing as a career. For me, this is the most important and interesting part of the book. (Full review on nerdscentral.com)

DiruVamp I definitely agree. Hearing how he got his start into writing was so interesting. 8y
