At one point, I started to question my sanity. This was the most uneventful, repetitive book I've ever read. A letdown for sure, the last 10% were the most interesting ones.

I'm currently reading this one, but I really struggle to push through it...
To whoever said this book was spicy, well, they were not joking.Nevertheless, there were parts I enjoyed, but the majority was disappointing as I found plotholes and questionable character choices.I did like the family dynamics of our main character, wished there was a lot more of it! All this said, I still think I might read the rest of the books in this series in the hope that it will get better at the fun and cosy part!
P.S. I love the cover!

Listened to the audiobook, which I quite enjoyed.
The story was interesting, I love Alaska even though I‘ve never been there, and appreciate the story setup. The characters were interesting with different backgrounds and life baggage- some heavier than others, but meaningful and impactful nonetheless.
“Don't you get lonely living by yourself?“ I asked him. “All things are lonely sometimes,“ said the Thing.
Although this book is only 40 pages long, it leaves a punch I did not expect.
