This kicks ass on audio. Pretty much burned through it this LBW. Slay, Schumer.

This story is beautiful. Don't let the author's hesitancy scare you away - you can tell he was really nervous to release this into the wild. There are so many amazing characters in this book, only one of them human. Also, 8 pages about making a candle - my favorite part of the story.
This man is a genius. After recently watching his new Netflix standup, I knew I had to give this a read. Patton Oswalt is also a fantastic writer, which I suppose I wasn't expecting? Not for any reason. But it's funny and touching and beautiful all at once.
I wasn't sure how I felt about the interview style way of storytelling, but it really managed to pack a lot of narrative into just 300 pages. Recommending to everyone I know. I can't wait for the sequel next year.
While I thoroughly enjoyed this read, I'm upset we couldn't see this story play out in the context of the Clone Wars television show, as it was originally intended.
As a fan of NPR's Pop Culture Happy Hour podcast and Monkey See blog, I was quick to pick this up. It's an informative, casual and endearing read that I would recommend to both Batman veterans and newbies (here!) alike. The last page even choked me up.
