I always like to read a book before seeing the movie. The commercial looked so good, I expected to enjoy the book.

I was let down. The writing was rough. Extremely descriptive, Sometimes a very descriptive book can have place you as a bystander in the world you are reading, here I skipped a lot. I almost gave up but was so enticed by the premise. Some of the characters bothered me It is a very relevant book however, very thought provoking

Another adventure with Eve Dallas. It's always enjoyable watching her navigate life through her jaded ways. Seeing Roarke evolve with Eve, in this book he has become almost as much cop as Eve!

Part of me is drawn to Rhys......more so now than when we first met him!
