I was throughly impressed by this book and I will definitely be following Stone‘s writing career. The characters are well rounded with complex personalities and issues, the writing itself is excellent, and the story Stone told was engrossing. He was able to weave together the lives of the characters seamlessly while providing a tight narrative with plenty of well executed and surprising plot twists. Highly recommended for crime fiction fans.

This was my favorite debut novel this year! Meet a seductive serial killer who trolls the bars for her unwitting prey and then hunts them like animals. Enter a flawed detective and a psychiatrist and you have a thrill ride until the end! If you are a fan of the Chelsea Cain series (or even if you're not) you will not want to miss this! 5 stars!

A little silly in parts, with some coincidences that strain credibility, this was nonetheless a solidly-plotted crime novel with plenty of action. Featuring a pot-smoking, jazz-loving detective, a pompous psychologist and an utterly remorseless female serial killer, "Psycho Analysis" was mostly just great fun.

Also the first time I've managed to read a book that's apparently unknown to Litsy ?
