Paul once said #GottoGetYouIntoMyLife was about marijuana 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

I‘ll tell you what I‘ve got to get OUT of my life: this Neverending Doom and Anxiety. Today I deleted Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and some peripheral social media apps from my phone. I‘m taking a social media sabbatical till September for the sake of my mental health.

I‘m keeping Litsy, though. So grateful for this community 🙌🏻

Librariana Hope the absence of those apps will be of immense help to you! Enjoy the sabbatical thoroughly 😊 6y
MaleficentBookDragon I understand. I still have Twiiter and Facebook but I rarely look at Twitter and I only go on Facebook once or twice a month. If I deleted it completely I'd never know what my family is up to. I hope staying away helps you; it worked wonders for me. 6y
GypsyKat I don‘t blame you. Social media is a double edged sword. 6y

LiteraryinPA Good for you. Sounds like a smart move. I agree that Litsy doesn‘t “count” as social media in that same way, and I‘m glad you will still be on here! 6y
TrishB I only have fb and only really look at authors posts now. It can be very toxic, glad you‘ll still be around here. 6y
Cinfhen Glad you kept Litsy!! 6y
