The title says it all, Little Poems for Tiny Ears☺️ This P-RA is phenomenal to read to very young children. It introduces them to the world and their bodies! Teaching them their body parts and what they do, in a fun, poetic way! “Sneeze: A sneeze, Is a breeze, In, Your, Nose.” Such a cute way to portray these messages to children. #UCFLAE3414SP21

Spearsall continued: UDL principle 4.1 is used: Vary the methods for response and navigation. Using gestures and hand signals keeps children engaged with this book. ESOL strategy: Encourage self-talk is used here as well! https://www.childrensbookworld.com/book/9781524737962 This link has a detail description of the book, as well as reviews, reading levels, categories, and similar new must reads! A website that needs to be checked out 🌱 3y
AlexRobinson This sounds like SUCH a fun book! I read a similar one at the CMC yesterday and I think this style of poetry is easy and fluid for our young students to understand and comprehend! The one you listed specifically about sneezing is GREAT for an open discussion about germs and covid currently! Loved this choice! 3y
PatriciaS I love 💕 your review 3y
PatriciaS This is a great picture book for teaching children and one to add to my list too, thanks 😊 3y
DrSpalding You simply and concisely did exactly what you needed to do to fulfill the requirements of this assignment. The images by Tomie are immediately engaging and the idea of doing read alouds with poetry is fine however consider echo, choral and independent poetry readings! 3y

I love books, and I love being able to share that love with my kids. My son gets books delivered to him once a month thanks to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, and oh man I think I look forward to it more than him. lol I love this month's little book of poems.
