Book #4 from April‘s #literati it‘s very cute and I liked it and Parker liked it okay but it‘s not a book that we would reread much, so it‘s not being kept. #childrensbooks

3⭐️ Three frogs keep screaming it‘s mine, it‘s mine about various things they should be sharing. It takes a toad to not only save their lives, but teach the group to share.

This F picture book by Leo Lionni is great for CR, PR, or RA. There are three selfish frogs who want to claim everything for only themselves. Until, they have to cling to the only thing left; one rock (toad) and themselves. It's sends a great message of sharing and being there for one another. The link is a scholastic lesson plan that includes discussion topics, songs, and craft activities. Use UDL1.2 and 1.3 to offer visual and auditory options.

laurie_jayy Hey hey! I love the message that this book gives off! This can be used to promote teamwork in the classroom and show the importance of sticking together. It‘s hard to do a lot of things on your own so having a great support team is a huge help! 7y
