This is my #blameitonlisy! I saw it on the November photo a day from @RealLifeReading when I first started on Litsy for favorite cookbook. It got a glowing recommendation and I had to have it. It turned out to be so worth it. We've put a few recipes in regular rotation.

This has been my FAVORITE cookbook. Not for any weight-loss reasons (although that's always a plus) but as someone who has dealt with stomach issues for years this finally helped me learn about what foods are inflammatory for your stomach and what foods aid digestion! This is one cookbook I actually read and didn't just browse for a quick recipe. I've checked it out multiple times from the library! #CookbookLove #photoadaynov16 #Day7

literarymermaid I could use some foods that are a little easier on the tummy. I'm gonna have to check this out and force the hubby to read with me for his own tummy's sake. 8y
Smangela @StoredFeminism it made me try some new foods I hadn't before! And it did seriously help me find "trigger foods" like apples! Sometimes they bother my stomach because there is so much acid but I never knew! 8y
