This is a prequel, which I didn't realize at the time. Jiro and his half brother are part of a family run Yakuza group, but all Jiro wants is to become a sushi chef. There's a lot of violence but I like the story.

Anthony Bourdain dose comics?! Not great but fun for the food drops.
