I started reading this book on September 14th.
It is a Fiction for a book.
I bought this book at a fair and never read it til now.
I am still new at this but enjoying it! Here's my #booklook for The Erth Dragons: The Wearle! I used Blackheart's Midnight Magic palette to try to give myself a look similar to the dragons in this book: blue (everlasting) on the lid, blended upward with green (ignite) and some dark violet (mystic) on the outer corner.

I really don't know how to put this. I REALLY enjoyed the plot, but the characters were kind of flat and the first bit was kind of a doozy to get through (the book starts with Dragon Bible Genesis, I kid you not). Maybe if it was aimed at a slightly more mature audience...? Give it a chance if you like mysteries and overlapping stories, but take it with a grain of salt.
Sooo torn on this book so far! The things I like I REALLY like, and the things I don't I REALLY don't. This is gonna be A Review for sure...
Me: Oh, dragons!
*sees Chris d'Lacey*
Me: OH NO
Nothing against d'Lacey as a person, but I've always found his subjects... weird. I'll give this a fair chance, though!
Putting together next months book order makes me incredibly happy!!
Interesting kids hybrid sci/fi fantasy book. Has some cool concepts, like Dragons bring an advanced alien species who colonise works through what is basically a stargate and are motivated by their religion. That makes it sound much more exciting than it actually is- the story focuses on humans most of the time, and the plot's pretty basic. Fun and some seriously cool ideas, but not a must read.
Throws you right into the action. Quick, fast-paced, and never a dull moment.
