This was not what I expected, but it's a fun tale of Trickster Coyote and Sister Raven and a small Lakota family on their farm one Christmas Eve night. My son loved the little tricks the coyote played. If you're looking for a new Christmas picture book to try with your kids this year, this is a neat one with an unexpected twist!
