"I'll go young, when I go, and the years tacked on won't change that."
It's a beautiful sunny day outside, perfect for audiobooks and walks. My asthmatic lungs beg to differ! No worries though, I've got a great view, a nebulizer, and the ability to switch between r/NoSleep stories on YouTube and #TylerKnottsGregson poetry!
4.5 stars
I truly adore Gregson‘s writing. This is the second collection of his that I‘ve had the pleasure of reading and I‘m looking forward to so much more from him. His poetry beautifully reflects upon love and life, in all its glory and defeat. His words take my breath away.
Is there a book in this picture? No.
Was there a book in my lap when it took this picture? Yes.
So, really, it counts.

His poems are just so amazing.
It doesn‘t go, nor is it supposed to.
Sadness has learned

and there are caves buried
in us all. ❤️

“It‘s okay to find art in completely ordinary places.” ~Tyler Knott Gregson
This lovely Christmas gift surprise from a friend arrived today! ❤️
72nd book of the year. A short book of poems about love, mostly the sad and lost side of love. I have to revisit it though. Like most poetry I read it too fast and will need to go back to digest what I read.
"Let's lay in the grass,
Let's find shapes in the clouds,
Let's wait for the rain."
Tyler Knott Gregson is fabulous and his works make my heart feel something every single time I open the cover
I will never get tired of reading poetry collections ♥️
What is broken in me, that makes me loathe so intensely the bright and sunny days?
I am tired of squinting,
of the sun and the shine,
I am tired of covering my eyes.
Bring me the clouds, send them with haste and teach them to fill the sky
to stay.

Running to the bookstore to wait for the opening hour.

Seen this in the bookstore last night. Desperately wanted to take home with me, but alas, all my money was spent.
Up bright and early this morning, robbing the piggy🐷 bank.
See you soon, Tyler Knott Gregson!💝
Got this singed photo from Tyler Knott Gregson!
So thankful for a lazy Saturday.
My favorite contemporary poet. #WildlyIntotheDarkTour ❤
"There is magic out there, so it is magic we'll seek."
Received his new book and I'm so excited to dive into it.
