I have a full weekend but before I forget to share, I am popping in with my Colombian treat...an arepa! Melty cheese between two corn cakes. Always delicious and this Trader Joe's version is no exception.

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick @Texreader Yes! It was in one of the middle freezer aisles, with a box of 2. I defrosted at room temperature & baked it in the oven. It did need about 4 minutes longer than suggested to get the cheese extra melty in my oven. 2y

I will be attempting to make these Arepas this month. I'm kind of a disaster of a cook but a good baker so I figured this recipe might be a good compromise since Ive made arepas before. I have this wonderful world cookbook that will help with this challenge.
