Jack and Annie were on another adventure, this time to help out William Shakespeare! Beyond the triumphs they encountered, they were able to perform in a play and save the day. In class, I think students would enjoy this book as a RA. I can make sure they comprehend as we read. Students would enjoy a MF with a little twist of learning about Shakespeare. It would be beneficial for students to read this prior to the Unit on Shakespeare. ESOL#6

Macker11 #UCFLAE3414SU19 Having the students follow along through the text at their own seats can cause less distraction (UDL7.3). Also, having the resource https://images.randomhouse.com/promo_image/9780375806117_3129.pdf in the classroom can help. 5y

Bshelton27 Great post! I like the link with the added activities. I think reading a chapter book in their seats will definitely help with less distractions. 5y
DeannaP I really enjoy your activity! I love how the students form things that they want to research about William Shakespeare as a class then break up into smaller groups where each one researches a different topic! Doing this in their seats can also help minimize the distractions! 5y
DrSpalding High quality resource with all the necessary components; excellent first post! Books in a series like MTH can encourage students to read MANY books about Jack and Annie! 5y

I went on a field trip with #Zeek ‘s class to go see the Magic Tree House Showtime With Shakespeare hip hop production. So now he is obsessed with Jack and Annie. Last night when I was reading to him he got upset by the picture of Morgan Le Fay because she didn‘t look like the one from the play. I asked him which he liked better and he said the play. I asked why and he said she was cooler and looked nicer. ⬇️

LibrarianJen He said that the Morgan Le Fay in the book didn‘t look like she could dance or rap. 😂🥰 I love him so much! 6y
