Fresh out of art school and creatively unfulfilled, Molly is stuck in the suburbs with her parents and their cat, Pishi. Pickpick

I felt like I needed to use all of the cat stickers. This was a wonderful and quick graphic novel about Molly, a graduate of art school who feels stuck and un-creative. I definitely related to Molly, not just about being art school graduate, but being someone looking for a job in a tight market. The characters are diverse and relatable, the art is awesome, the cats are cute. Read it. 😸

Boom! As an artist myself, I'm totally relating to Molly. Exposure doesn't pay the bills and a good artist is always worth the price.

Has anyone read this? Considering it as a gift for a friend. It appears to be a comic about an aspiring artist who hits some detours and ends up cat sitting and then doing cat portraits for the cat owning customers. Seems a little quirky and perhaps would be amusing for a struggling artist? 🐱
