Turns out, I don't have much #satire to choose from, better stick to the classics! This is a 1972 #foilio edition, and it has some great illustrations #maybookflowers

Cinfhen Gorgeous illustrations 😍 8y

#Satire

I think there are so many satires out there. I haven't read all of the books I crammed into my collage. Some are still on my TBR and some are on that special pile reserved for books I should probably read but am on the fence (due to reviews).

Zelma I have been really excited about Look Who's Back but am just waiting for the right mood. 8y
julesG @Zelma I know what you mean. I haven't read it yet, either. Still not in the mood for some WW II. Must have had too much of it during my school and university years. 8y

In addition to reading a number of shorts on the Serial Reader app, I've been reading this Classic satire as well (47 installments.) A travelogue wherein Gulliver ends up in inadvertent & incredulous situations, the journeys could also be seen as a search for veracity and honesty in mankind. Easily accessible in regard to language and lots of fun! 🙂
