As promised, here's my #PiDay French Coconut Pie. I LOVE coconut! And it only took 3.14 minutes to make! #PiPie #MarchIntoReading

(The book is the music from the musical Waitress (She Used To Be Mine is an absolutely incredible song), based on the movie Waitress, which is, hands-down, the best movie there is on the subject of pies).

Wife That looks amazing 😋❤️ 8y
BibliophileMomma Drooling over here now. 8y

Redjewel_7734 That looks scrumptious! 8y
Maggie4483 @JenFowler Super easy to make! Just mix 3 beaten eggs, 1 stick melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of salt. I used a store-bought pie crust, though. 8y
readinginthedark I didn't expect to like it, but that is such a good movie! 8y
Maggie4483 @readinginthedark it's one of my favorites. For some reason I always like to watch it when I'm feeling a little sad and mopey. And I can't wait to see the musical adaptation. 8y
