pickPart memoir, part oral history of stripping and burlesque. Was an interesting read, some parts were a little drawn out, but overall pretty good.
3.5 - 4 ⭐️. I was torn between the pick and the so-so, but obviously leaned on the pick.
If you are looking for a book that shows the seedy side of stripping, this isn't it. This is her own story with her own personal struggles thrown in along with the oral history.
