Changed my mind on what book I wanted to read. Picked this one out of my cup. So far its good. Just in chapter two. Not to far into it. Hopefully it continues to be good. I have never read any books by this author. Hopefully this will be a new favorite author.

The fate of a girl that went missing while on the run during WWII connects past and present. As Quenby Vaughn tries to find her, she uncovers a story of family, sacrifice, and deception, and I really enjoyed it.
I completely forgot to share some of the books that made it into my home this month! This cover is so pretty and I'm hoping the author will become a new favorite for me in historical fiction. Anyone read it yet?
pickGripping, from the first word to the last. Not to often do I find a novel that leaves me speechless with it's amazing writing, outstanding plot, and perfect characters, but this book is it. Catching The Wind is a must read that will give you new perspective and insight into WWII, and the bonds from the era that are never broken.
