I started this book today. An excellent novel written by a very prestigious Italian author. #newbook#must#reading#italianbook#Moravia#italy#booklover#metime

Agostino is the story of a sexual initiation. On the one hand, a boy of thirteen, who is still a child; on the other the mother, a widow, but still thriving and eager to live.

The two books I bought in Kinokuniya Shinjuku. I picked the thin ones because I had no luggage space 😅

batsy Love the cover of the Moravia book and it sounds dark and disturbing 👍🏽😆 6y

Finished this quick and thought-provoking tale of innocence lost over the Atlantic on my flight home. Coincidentally a great little beach read (only 102 pages) if you‘re in the mood for something a little more subtle yet intense at the same time. Excited to read a third Alberto Moravia novel someday. Highly recommend Boredom as well which I read in 2012.
