did I spend my whole long weekend devouring this series? yes. do I regret it? not one bit. an ethnically diverse cast of teenage Demi-gods traveling the world and being sarcastic and heroic? absolutely incredible. long live Percy Jackson (and Annabeth bc he‘d def die without her but he is unmatched)

I totally loved the Percy Jackson series when I read it at the beginning of quarantine & I‘m so happy that I got this series for Christmas and for such a good price!!! I just started “The Son of Neptune” after finishing “The Lost Hero” at 3 am haha.

I also highly recommend getting books for a low price from ThriftBooks!!

1. None. I was the kid with the Greek Mythology phase 😂 The tagged book‘s author has a series on Egyptian mythology that‘s on my tbr.
2. Greece. I love everything about Greek mythology.
3. The tagged book series. This series is a mix of Roman and Greek mythology and was a major part of my 8th grade. The author has also written a new series on Norse mythology. That‘s definitely on my tbr 😍😍

Day 14 of my #20Series20Days -

After Percy Jackson, this book took my heart. Amazing storylines, great characters and of course, Greek gods❤️

I knocked this series out during quarantine. The kids in the library love them, adults love them, I love them. I recomend them to everyone because he writes diverse characters (and publishes them) because he understands that kids need to see themselves in books. Having said all that, this is my least favorite series of his. It would've been better if the series lasted longer or had less characters.

Nute This is the series of his that I have always wanted to start with first!😳 4y
NicoleCeBallos @Nute I say its my least favorite series of his, but it was still an enjoyable read. It's where you meet a lot of characters who pop up in later books. 4y

Absolutely loved the concept of these books :).
Making a storyline out of the Roman/Greek god overlap and running with it.
Absolutely brilliant.
If you like any of Rick Riordan's other works, do not pass this series up, it is an absolute gem.
