pickI recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good medical/mystery series to get into. I could not put this book down once I started it. The characters, dialogue, and the plot are the elements that made this book as fantastic as it is!
panAbout 200 pages of bloviating and speechifying followed by a mess of a story. Just no. I used to really like Cornwall but haven‘t read her in years. I‘ll have to try one more to see if it‘s just this book or if she‘s not for me anymore.

panThe worst book of the Scarpetta series and I've read them all so far ! (17) Gosh it seems like Patricia Cornwell forgot how to write a goid thriller and what to do with great characters... it was painful to read. 😴😴😴
