From my tbr pile for the something blue part of the challenge and what an interesting read. Set in Peru a successful lawyer, and happy family life, on the death of his mother, has to confront his father's involvement as a navy officer in the atrocities of the war with shining light in the 80's. Some parts made difficult reading, + at times he is a little irritating but the end had me wiping my eyes.

ReadingEnvy What a compelling cover, definitely makes me want to know what is out the window.... 6y

So i couldn't resist another challenge especially as i cd raid my toppling pile of unread books.
Something blue to start. Then something translated is trip to Russia. Something swampy, was tempted to carry on my lee burke journey but decided on the English fen lands and lastly my something true is a book i have wanted to read for ages.
