I would definitely use this book in my classroom. I would read it to young children ages kindergarten and up. It is a good book to show young children a bit of information about the background of our country. The illustrations are beautiful and appealing.

This is a Historical Fiction book. This book is about how America formed and has grown over time. It is a great book for children to help them understand our country better and how over time people have fought for our freedom. It is a great, short read for young children and easy for them to understand. It truly shows in a simple way the background of America.

Wow! What a beautiful tribute to our flag, history, and what it is to be American.
