This picture book has one of the most #diverse cast of characters I've seen in a long time. The focus on a young character living with a #disability makes it a great book for teaching kids about how those with visual impairments or loss get around in their daily lives. Also, it's a great example of #intersectionality. #diversity #AndItsAugust @RealLifeReading
