Mehso-so

Bryan Hitch‘s Justice League run has been a little same-y so far, but this volume breaks it up with some decent issues from other writers.

Nothing much of consequence happens, other than lots of ominous allusions to the upcoming Metal event and Mera taking Aquaman‘s spot, but I did like Simon getting that big hero speech up there.

I love that the Flash can say he‘s in a “time-travel-Groundhog-Day thing” and the rest of the League, the goddess, the King of Atlantis, they all just get it immediately.

Makes me think they have some fun movie nights up on the Watchtower.

Justice League: Endless is another time travel story, this time centering on Flash. It feels a bit like the plot of an episode of the animated series--pretty kid-friendly.
