This is my small book haul from my trip to Oxford, UK.

I had to get the Colin Dexter book after visiting the Morse Pub. The bookstore was not far from Jericho and the bookseller said he disliked reading the Morse mysteries because they felt too close to home! 😂

1. Notre-Dame de Paris (Hugo) in paperback, and Then She Was Gone (Lisa Jewel) on audiobook

2. The Morse collection that I‘m reading all have yellow spines, I read The Dead of Jericho last week. The last completely yellow book I read was Conversations With Friends (Sally Rooney)

University and work have stopped me being able to read (dull journal articles don't count!). I now have a two and bit weeks holiday and I intend to get some proper reading done. Starting with a bit of good old reliable Morse, guaranteed to entertain #holidays #couchpotato
