TrishB Me neither 😁 7y
Librarybelle Yup - I‘ll never be a minimalist 🙂 7y
emilyhaldi Minimalism is just not my thing 🤷🏻‍♀️ 7y
CouronneDhiver I live a minimalist life and still own books... just not an abundance. Once I‘ve read a book, it gets donated to make room for something new. 🙂 7y

Mommamanzi I don‘t get it? 7y
bookloo I‘m a huge minimalist, and this isn‘t really my thing—however, this is purely an aesthetically pleasing choice, just like people who sort their books by colors instead of genres. You can be practical with your organization, or you can be pleasing to the eye. Your shelf, your rules. ♥️ 7y

Emilyrjones22 @bookloo true true!! But just for practical reasons seems like it would be hard to find anything! 7y
RebelReader Not my taste, but to each his/her own! 7y
CindyMyLifeIsLit I don‘t even think it‘s aesthetically pleasing, although I know everyone has their own tastes. I could be wrong, but I just can‘t imagine a reader—a REAL reader—putting their books on a shelf like that. You‘ve just stripped each of those books of their identity, their unique story, so now each of them is just presenting the world with a bland clump of paper. They‘re nameless, faceless clumps of paper. Would a real reader do that? 7y
Emilyrjones22 @CindyMyLifeIsLit Agree completely!! 7y
