so-soNot the best Jackie Collins novel. It starts well, then gets bogged down with needless repetition and a decided lack of wild twists, then picks up again, then ends with kind of a fizzle as everything resolves way too easily.
But I mean, I DID like it overall and probably would‘ve marked it a Pick if it weren‘t for that dullish middle. Go figure.
I wasn‘t really feeling DROP DEAD BEAUTIFUL at 300 pages in, so I took a break from it and decided to reassess once I‘d read something else. Much to my surprise, I DO want to finish it now I‘ve had some time away. Here goes.
I tried to get a super cute picture of Casey with it at breakfast, but little zippy stuck his head right inside the front cover. Dogs, man. #caseyplusbooks
