Time for Naps | 
Yesterday I put in a couple hours of work (felt bad for my coworker being so short staffed) and ended up coming home and taking a nap! Super surprised (because I am normally not a nap person) of course that meant I was up half the night reading (again not a bad thing) #SelfCareBingo

ElizaMarie @jb72 yes! I totally agree. Also I have off today so I didn't have to be “up“ even though I still woke up at 715 (I woke up thinking I had slept all day) 5y
