Truthfully, I‘m crap at nutrition and portion control. I know what to do but I don‘t really like most healthy foods and so I just don‘t do it. But I‘m giving it another whirl with my own spin on it. Because just moving more is a big step for me. So for my #bookfitnesschallenge my goals for the 6 weeks are at least 12 books and 5 workouts a week.
