When Jimmy is born his grandfather predicts he will have five bad days. And he does - the first 1/3 of the book is about his birth and first bad day. At first it was funny and intense - the interaction between Jimmy, crazy clowns, his family and Lorrie - then it got exhausting and I couldn't wait for the next bad day - very slow moving for me.⬇️

bthegood (review continued) It was like reading Dean Koontz' take on an episode of Gilmore Girls - just with crazy clowns and circus people thrown in (it was that type of non-stop banter) - so it was funny at times, just too much for me. 😜 (edited) 2y

10/10 loved this book. It‘s like the book that keeps on going, I never wanted to put it down. There was never a dull moment in this awesome thriller. I‘m sad to be done with it...all I can say is never trust a clown! 🤡 #litsyrecommends
