1. Yes! I have several faves. And a couple of years ago, I read quite a few in a classic reading challenge.
2. I still have over two dozen on my TBR bookcase including the tagged.
Who hasn‘t played? Consider yourself tagged!

I never realized how much this book would mean to me. This book was an amazing read, a great account of Texas history while leading the reader through and engaging story

@elkeo caught me while I was brushing my teeth and asked for stack of my favorite color for #bookcolortag. I would never deprive her so here is a black stack for her.
Well I think it was called Giant because everything is bigger in Texas. I enjoyed this Mid Century American novel. Granted it did have some touchy subjects in it. But as we all know, as times and attitudes change things that were once considered the norm when they were written now can be considered offensive. My opinion is, look how times have changed since the item was written and how far society has come.
I am currently on page 145. After reading the book I might watch the film yet again. I think I have seen it over ten times.
My #TBT pick is the book I'm currently reading. It's Edna time. This is another lovely that I rescued of a discard/destroy pile. And this is a first edition of all things.
This book SCREAMS Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Everything is GIANT in Texas! #photoadaynov16
