It took me awhile to get into this story, but I realized it was a story that needed my attention (winter break). Lots of characters but I‘m looking forward to the second book 📖

I had high hopes but I couldn't get into the storytelling. Drearcliff is a finishing school that caters to young ladies with extraordinary skills. Amy, who can float, weaves through killer bullies, vicious mean girls, and forms her own Scooby Doo-type club to investigate the academy's many secrets. It's Harry Potter meets Miss Peregrine.
This book is bonkers in a fun zany girls school way that involves inter dimensional war and the most bizarre cast of characters you will ever find in fiction. I dare say you will never look at skipping or ants in quite the same way after reading this book. I loved it.
I am in Portland for a conference. The first thing I did with my friends is go to Powell's, of course! 😍❤😍❤😍❤😀😄😀😄😀😄
I wanted to buy all the things. But I just bought this book totally based on the sign! I'll probably read it on the plane back to Iowa City!

was super excited to read this but i was bored through most of it which was a shame. :(
some exciting parts though which i enjoyed.
Rather excited to start this book! #letsgetreading
I'm in the midst of a cross-country move so right now I need effortless books. The dialogue in this was so contrived and cumbersome, I had to bail. I didn't give it much chance, so maybe I'll try again when I have the energy.
I'm afraid I let myself be too persuaded by the cover but really didn't enjoy this. I listened to it on audiobook and wonder if that added to the irritation a little. If I hear 'Ants in your pants' again!!! Just found it dull and I found myself not concentrating or caring much what happened.
