The story about Spiegel the little kitten is my favourite one from Seldwyla, and also my favourite tale by Gottfried Kessler. When I first lay my eyes on this beautiful edition illustrated by Joëlle Tourlonias, I knew I had to have it. It was a perfect gift to myself, enduring a bad reading month and needing something good to cheer me up. ⬇

Jari-chan Even though the illustrations are sometimes a bit to childlike, this book is a true marvel.
