Believe it or not, February is almost over!! Which means it's time to start posting #BookSpin lists for March!! A few notes -
1. Your list of 20 is whatever you want it to be: Kindle books, audiobooks, physical books, old books, new books, books you own, books you wish you own, literally whatever!
2. If you participated last month, you can either create an entirely new list, just add replacement(s) for the book(s) you read ⬇

TheAromaofBooks Cont'd No. 2 - or give books on your list double-duty (i.e. book no. 11 is now no. 11 and no. 12 for March).
3. PLEASE tag me with your list and then ALSO tag me when you review! Each review is an entry for a giveaway, but I do not always have time to go through the #bookspin tag to find them.
4. If you reviewed a #bookspin or #doublespin book this month & I didn't comment on it, please tag me again - I may have missed someone!! ⬇
TheAromaofBooks (Cont'd No. 3)
5. I draw two numbers each month, but there is NO pressure to read both. Some people just enjoy the challenge of the 2nd number aka #doublespin
6. I'm tagging everyone who posted a list last month. Let me know if you don't want to be tagged any more, no hard feelings. Posting a list automatically gets you added to the tag list for next month. ⬇
TheAromaofBooks (Cont'd No. 4 & final)
7. Thank you all so much for reading this whole long thing, for participating, and for adding loads of books to my TBR with your awesome reviews this month!! Feel free to share - everyone is welcome to join.

llwheeler Yay! I'm excited! I'll still keep the same list and have the next ones on the list do double duty for the 2 numbers I've read now. I'm not going to get to the Feb double spin... Maybe in March! 2d
claudiuo Can't wait for the next pick. I will try to do a doublespin in March. 2d

AmyK1 👍🏼 I‘ll be getting my list ready soon! 2d
marleed I love this challenge! I‘ve even selected a whole new list for March. I‘ll gather up those books for a pic and post later this week. 2d
CareBear February was a horrible reading month for me so I don‘t think I‘m going to finish my February spin by the end of the month. 😕. I think I‘m going to make that my March pick lol and create a new list for April! 2d
Cosmos_Moon Keeping my same list 👌 I live in New Orleans and this month has been crazy with Mardi Gras activities! Almost through my first book spin which was a lengthy stories anthology and luckily my double spin book is smaller! I‘ll be ready for double spin #2! 2d
candority Yay! I‘m almost done my February book. I‘ll use my existing list, with book number 11 now acting as 11 and 12! 2d
Bookwormjillk 👏👏 2d
DrexEdit My February book turned out to be longer than I thought it would be. Not going to finish so I'm going to keep at it for March rather than add another book to my "active" pile! I hope to catch up to #bookspin again in April! 2d
SamAnne I have my lists made! 2d
EmilyM Excited to do this again! A great way to get to those books I have on my TBR! 2d

TheAromaofBooks @CareBear - sometimes life happens!! This is a low-key challenge so no worries. 😊 Hopefully you get to your book soon, and I'll keep you on the tag list for April!! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @DrexEdit - lol I know how that goes!! No worries - hopefully you get to your book soon, and I'll keep you on the tag list for April!! 2d
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Are we supposed to tag you if we post about the book we are reading!? I can‘t remember! 😱 2d
sblbooks Thanks for hosting, I read my spin and double spin this month! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks - Definitely tag me when you post your list and when you review your book. Other posts about your #bookspin read are optional for tagging me, but I always enjoy reading them when people do!! ❤ 2d
GinaKButler Woo-hoo! Can‘t wait to participate again! Thank you for hosting @TheAromaofBooks ! @Kelly326 get your list ready! #bookspin 2d

Eggs Thanks for doing this @TheAromaofBooks 💕💕 2d
MissAimz_55 So I didn‘t read any of mine yet but I think o will finish my double spin book before the month is over thanks to my work travels . I will be making a new list for this month and hopefully I‘ll do better. Thanks so much for doing this!!! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Eggs - thank you!! You did tag me - you were pretty much the first person to finish your books for February!! 1d
TheAromaofBooks @MissAimz_55 - no worries, sometimes life happens!! That's why I set this one up so you get a new chance every month! 😂 1d
TheSpineView I read my #doublespin book and am working on the other. Hope to have it finished. 🤞 I plan to just replace the two with others. Can't believe February is almost over! 1d
JenniferTapler Love this! 1d
MartinaLove @TheAromaofBooks It's harder than it looks to make a list. 😂 I have the ones I'll read this year for sure, so I don't want to add them to the list. I want to chose books I have on my TBR for years but I'm also afraid to add them now. But who knows, maybe I'll discover new books or series that I will like. 1d
runswithscissors007 What a great idea! i doubt I will get my act together in time to put a list up... next month for sure!! 23h
TheAromaofBooks @TheSpineView - right?! Only a week left?!?! That just doesn't seem possible. Of course, I'm still kind of mind-boggled that our years start with 20 instead of 19, so there's that! 😂 20h
TheAromaofBooks @JenniferTapler @MartinaLove @runswithscissors007 - I don't draw the number until the 2nd, so there is still loads of time to post a list if you're interested. I like to give everyone plenty of time to contemplate! 😆 20h
MartinaLove @TheAromaofBooks I have 14 books so far! 18h
Gissy I like that idea. I think I have time to do it! 18h

A low pick, there were several things that moderately annoyed me about this book (a dog for some reason runs away DURING A HURRICANE?! And then ONE person runs out to look for it... then ONE person goes to look for her... safety in numbers, people! Sheesh) but overall a pretty regular romance.

4thhouseontheleft Whenever a bad storm rolls through my area here in NC, it is almost always followed up by runaway dog posts in my neighborhood FB group! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @4thhouseontheleft - I suppose some dogs may be so scared they run away instead of in?? I can hardly get my dogs to go out when it's raining haha Either way, if your dog runs away during a hurricane, please don't go out ALL ALONE to find him!! 😆 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Cinfhen @sblbooks - it was the part where they kept going out one at a time to find the last person who went out one at a time and despite knowing the hurricane was coming apparently no one bothered to charge their cell phones beforehand?? I just couldn't deal lol 2d
ljuliel You‘re doing great ! 2d

The Starless Sea | Erin Morgenstern
post image

#WeeklyForecast is looking more manageable, I think. Started the tagged book last night and am already over a hundred pages in and really enjoying it. Watership Down is my #LMPBC book and Chimneys is this month's #agathachristieclubr2 book, so they are top priority. The Massi books are from my childhood and may be terrible haha Tiger's Curse is first in a series I read several years ago and has added a book since then. Can't remember if ⬇️

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) I enjoyed them enough to make a reread of the series worthwhile?? But I'm kind of a sucker for princes cursed to be tigers, so there's that. 😁

emz711 Don't rush the starless sea! 2d
Cinfhen Ha, didn‘t know that was a thing...cursed princes into tigers...always thought they became 🐸 2d
See All 8 Comments
TheAromaofBooks @emz711 - it is definitely a book worth savoring!! But I can hardly put it down! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Cinfhen - tigers are WAY more appealing! 😂 2d
Cinfhen Nothing like a wild cat 💛🧡💛 2d
veritysalter Watership Down 😢 I was traumatised by the film when I was little. 2d
TheAromaofBooks @veritysalter - I can see that for sure. I've never seen the film, but it sounds terrifying, honestly. I haven't read this one in a long time, but remember liking it, so I'm looking forward to the reread. 2d

Lucky Caller | Emma Mills
post image

This was a decent read but my least favorite of Mills' books. It almost felt like she had an idea but then rushed to finish it, because some of the concepts were really disjointed. The radio thing seemed like it could have been a lot more developed (especially the tie-in to the title) and the same for the side plot with Nina's sister and a few other things. A decent but not amazing read. Also a bit sad about the switch to a different cover format.

Andrew65 Thanks for tag, don‘t think I‘ve got Indiana yet. (edited) 3d
TheAromaofBooks @Andrew65 - sometimes those random midwest states can be hard to find haha Right now I am checking off lots of easy ones that I just happening to be reading rather than specifically looking for books to fit the challenge, but at some point I know I'm going to need help finding some of the Great Britain ones - I haven't come across a single set-in-Ireland book organically yet! 2d
Andrew65 @TheAromaofBooks That‘s the way I‘m doing it too at this stage. 2d

#BookReport - Started this week still in a bit of a book slump, and none of these books felt right. I read another P&P variation that was decent, then picked up How to Save Your Child... eh... Watership Down... eh... The Underground Railroad... eh... Finally picked up the tagged book, which I've had from the library for a while, completely anticipating another eh... but instead was totally drawn into that weirdly engaging tale. Somehow, ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) finishing that one made me feel more like reading again. I read Lucky Caller by Emma Mills (also from the library and not on my pile haha), am over halfway through How to Save Your Child, and am also reading Summer by the Tides. I think I'm done trying to read Whitehead, though, his style just isn't really for me, and I am not in the mood for sad books. Taking his books off my mental pile made me feel better about tackling what was left. 3d
BookishMe 👍🏽👍🏽 I felt similarly about Whitehead's recently acclaimed books. I am figuring out his style with his debut which is definitely less intense than TUR) 3d
See All 18 Comments
BookishMe *TUR, also my initial choice 3d
Cinfhen Ugh.....I know all about book slumps 😥hope yours improves 3d
Buechersuechtling @TheAromaofBooks 👋🏼 I am completely with you as far as taking books off my pile or wish list at my library. I just recently did so, and completely relate to the good vibes this gives. Sometimes I catch myself wondering how some titles ever made it on my various stacks of unread books. I look at their title/summary and ask myself why and when I chose it. 2d
TheAromaofBooks @BookishMe - my goal was to read two books for each #authoramonth, but I just don't think his books are for me, at least not right now. I have a lot going on, and when I'm stressed, I'm not interested in reading seriously-toned books, if that makes sense. I need humor and happy endings!!! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Cinfhen - Thank you!! I think this one is working its way out. Sometimes I get really hung up on reading the next book on my list no matter what, and have to remind myself that this isn't for a grade or anything, so it's okay to skip as needed! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Buerchersuechtling - I have a giant spreadsheet that is my main TBR, and it had over 1000 books on it at the beginning of 2018. It took me about two months, but I went through every book on it and read the synopsis on Goodreads and culled tons of them off - down to around 400 - and I've been trying to be more selective about adding them since then. There just isn't time for everything!!! Also, I keep meaning to ask you what your username means?? 2d
BookishMe May your choices bring you the needed-reprieve... Hopefully this stressful stretch comes to an end soon 2d
BookishMe @Buechersuechtling ikr! And I have stopped adding titles to my GR to-read shelf (not that that stopped me from seeking out new titles ;)) I too am trying to rid of titles that no longer I interest me 2d
BookishMe @TheAromaofBooks I have been wanting to remove ALL the titles on the GR to-read, refresh and be more discerning. Wonder when I'll take the plunge, if at all 😑😑 2d
Cinfhen Yes!!! We need to be kinder to ourselves ❣️❣️ 2d
TheAromaofBooks @BookishMe - wow, that would be an amazing undertaking!! I don't really use GR for to-read books, but I have thought about dividing my spreadsheet by the year that I added books, and then every year look at the ones from five years ago - is there a reason they are still there after all this time?? LOL it is easy to get out of control! 2d
BookishMe @TheAromaofBooks l marvel at maintaining a spreadsheet for books even though it makes perfect sense! I can still recall how intoxicating it can be, to get out of control. I think I have moved past that now 😊😊 2d
Buechersuechtling @TheAromaofBooks Having so much books to be read would make me nervous. I‘m currently counting between 60 and 70 and that‘s sailing close to the wind for me. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 2d
Buechersuechtling @TheAromaofBooks Okay my username. It‘s an invented German word set together of “books” (“Buecher” since there are no umlauts on Litsy) and an invented word concerning an addict. “Süchtig” – there‘s the umlaut again – means “addicted” but I wanted to diminish the person who‘s addicted. Like in “Little Thumpling“. That‘s why I invented “Suechtling“. So, in the end it‘s a partly thought out term to express “Little Book-Addicting” in German. 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Buechersuechtling - I knew it was something German-ish but wasn't sure how it all came together haha I love it!! 2d

Thank you so much for the tags @Desha @veritysalter @maich ❤ ❤ ❤
1. One, despite years of Spanish in high school & college
2. A reread that I still love so hard.

batsy I love this book so much 💙 3d
TheAromaofBooks @batsy - I read every year or two - it's one of my favorite comfort reads - and honestly every time I read it I love it even more. Much as I love the Anne books (and Jane of Lantern Hill), I think this is my favorite Montgomery book. 3d

No pic since my phone is on the fritz (sigh) -

I've been in a bit of a book slump the last couple of weeks, so I picked up this one with virtually no anticipation of finishing it. I was pulled almost unwillingly into the story, though - a clan of stray cats living in India is disturbed when a Sender appears in their midst, as legend says that Senders only appear during times of great need - and everything seems to be going well for the clan ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) At first this book was a little difficult to get into, but soon I was completely engaged in the characters, the setting, and the plot. While the animals in this story talk to one another, they still act completely like animals, and I don't think you have to particularly like cats in order to appreciate the complexity of the animal society the author creates. An unexpected pick, and weirdly a book that has drawn me back into reading. 4d
TheAromaofBooks Challenges: #Jennyis30 - Cats (obviously haha) @jenniferw88 || #TurningPagesBingo - Diverse Author || #BackwardsAtoZ - No R 4d
effani I really liked this one too! Glad it helped get you out of your slump. 4d

TheAromaofBooks @effani - apparently there is also a sequel, which my library doesn't have, but I enjoyed this one so much that I hunted around and found it used for $6 on AbeBooks!! 3d
effani Nice find! I've heard the sequel isn't as good but I've still been meaning to read it. 3d
TheAromaofBooks @effani - I appreciated the way she concluded the first story, but left enough things open that a sequel could be purposeful. We'll see how it goes!! 3d

So here are six options for #GroupL - kind of a random batch!! Will say The Poppy Wife is listed at just over 400 pages, so I understand if that one needs to be off the table. I also have about 300 more choices if these all look terrible 😆
@hes7 @Jerdencon @Chili

hes7 I like the randomness! They all look good to me, and I haven‘t read any yet. 7d
Chili I have read Mosquitoland. But none of the others. 7d
Scochrane26 I‘m not part of this, but I really liked Mosquitoland. I see the author pretty frequently because he lives in my area. 7d
Jerdencon Haven‘t read any of them! I don‘t mind a little longer book either - they all look good 7d
TheAromaofBooks @Scochrane26 - Mosquitoland is on my TBR because I read another of his books, Kids of Appetite, and weirdly loved it despite not being my “usual“ kind of book. I've been meaning to read this one ever since! 6d
TheAromaofBooks @hes7 @Chili @Jerdencon - Sweet!! I'll pick a not-Mosquitoland one and we should be good!! I'm in another #LMPBC group this round as well, so you may see these books floating around for that group, too 😆 6d

@monalyisha - thank you so much for sponsoring this giveaway and for coming up with the idea of #NewYearWhoDis!! I really have enjoyed the books I've read from @Cupcake12's list so far & still have a few more I'd like to read throughout the year. The tagged book is my favorite out of the ones I've read (and I still need to get my hands on the sequel!). I've especially enjoyed getting to know a bit about my match & ⬇

TheAromaofBooks really appreciate how this “swap“ doesn't cost anything. A fun, economical way to find some new books, authors, and Litsy friends!! 7d

Hey #GroupL!! So I need at least a smidge of direction for picking out a book - is anything off the table?? I really don't want to read horror/anything graphic but am otherwise open to almost anything. Do we want to choose a theme, or just four random books??

@Jerdencon @hes7 @chili

#LMPBC #Round8

Jerdencon I‘m good with anything except sappy romance! I kind of like the idea of random and having a surprise every month but will go along with whatever everyone wants to do. 1w
Chili I second @Jerdencon about the sappy romances! Otherwise I will be good with anything. 1w
TheAromaofBooks So usually everyone presents their options and the group approves of them, but would you all be interested in doing a secret #LMPBC round, where we stay within the parameters of what we definitely don't want to read, but otherwise have no idea what books are headed around the circle?? I'm also find with the traditional way, but this method could be entertaining. @Jerdencon @Chili @hes7 1w
See All 11 Comments
Chili I‘m fine with either way. I like surprises but there is a slight risk of getting a book you‘ve already read. 1w
hes7 I‘m good with whatever—including sappy romances 😂 but I‘m okay if they‘re off the table. Picking a book with zero feedback makes me nervous, but I‘m down for keeping the choices a secret. 1w
Jerdencon Whatever you guys think - I know we‘ve all read a lot so there is the chance of having read something already but the surprises are nice. 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Jerdencon @hes7 @Chili - we could do it as an almost-surprise - each person picks five books, then the others can say if they've read them, but we don't know the final pick?? 1w
Chili @TheAromaofBooks that‘s a great idea! 1w
hes7 I‘m good with that. I just narrowed down to five. 1w
Jerdencon Great idea - going to find five now! 7d
TheAromaofBooks @Jerdencon @chili @hes7 I think six is also an acceptable number of options - sorry, Litsy decided to post my comment before I was done with my sentence - an acceptable number of options since an even number fits well in a picture collage haha (edited) 7d

Sadly, this #weeklyforecast looks a lot like last week's since I read almost none of them!! Still in a bit of a reading funk which is why I am reading the tagged book instead of any of the books in this pile. P&P variations are my comfort reads!! Starting my new job this week, so that may change my reading patterns as well.

Soubhiville Watership Down is one of my favorites! And The Starless Sea was my fave last year. You‘ve got some amazing reading ahead of you! 1w
rabbitprincess I‘ve been reading the audio of Watership Down for a while! Need to get back to it. 1w
Scochrane26 I like P&P variations, too. Have a few on my kindle. 1w

Buechersuechtling Congratulations on your new job‼️🎈I hope you have pleasant first days and nice colleagues and that you like what you‘re supposed to do there. 1w
MissAimz_55 Hopefully you get out of your reading funk but yes don‘t worry about the piles or any challenges or anything. Reading life will come back naturally and reading favorites or comfort reads is the best way to do it. Also congrats on your new job!!! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Soubhiville - I'm actually quite excited about both of those books, I just don't quite feel like it yet, if that makes sense! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @rabbitprincess - I remember really enjoying that one when I read it back in the day. This time around it is an #LMPBC book so I'm intrigued to revisit it. 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Buechersuechtling - thank you!! I will be working at a small greenhouse where we mostly deal with wholesale herbs, so I'm excited about being a warm, sunny place full of nice smelling plants!! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @MissAimz_55 - Thank you!! Reading definitely goes in cycles for me, and sometimes I just hit a point where all I want is brain fluff!!! I know I'll be ready to hit the “scheduled“ piles again soon, but in the meantime, that's what Kindle Unlimited is for! 😆 1w
UwannaPublishme Wishing you much fun and success at your new job. How lucky they are to have you! ❤️🙌🏻 1w

Well friends, we are now halfway through February!! Just checking in to say how much I have been enjoying everyone's posts. This whole challenge is definitely adding, rather than subtracting, books from my TBR, but sometimes that's how life goes! 😁

Reminder - please tag me directly in your review posts for #BookSpin & #DoubleSpin reads so that I can mark you down for an entry in the end-of-year giveaway!!

Have also had several people ask - ⬇

TheAromaofBooks and yes - I do plan to have #BookSpin every month, as long as life events don't conspire against me too much. The drawing will theoretically be on the 2nd every month.

Thank you so much to everyone who is participating & keep your reviews coming!! 😊
JamieArc Looking forward to starting my #Bookspin book today! 1w

veritysalter It‘s such a fab idea @TheAromaofBooks , we‘re all guilty (or perhaps it‘s just me) of buying more books than we can possibly read, then they end up sad and dusty on a shelf. 1w
rabbitprincess I‘m enjoying seeing everyone‘s posts too, so much so that I‘ve built my own list for next month 😄 1w
Amandajoy I‘m hoping to start mine this weekend 🤓 1w
SamAnne I want to play on the next spin! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @kspenmoll @JamieArc - yay!! Keep me posted!! I'm hoping to read mine this week, too! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @veritysalter - it's just so easy to collect them up and never get around to actually reading them. My big weakness is used books - I'm always finding them at thrift stores and Little Free Libraries and at booksales - and when they are less than a dollar, it's pretty easy to justify! Except now there are hundreds of books here! 😆 1w
TheAromaofBooks @rabbitprincess @SamAnne - it would be great to have you along for the March spin!! I'll add you to the tag list!! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Amandajoy - I think I'm going to pick mine up this week, too!! 1w
Smarkies A quick question on whether I need to post up a new list for bookspin every month or can I use the original one? 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Smarkies - It's however you want it to be!! I enjoy making a totally new list every month, which you can also do. Most people just add books to fill in the blank(s) for what they read. A few people really want to read those specific 20 books this year, so instead of adding a title, they give the used number to another book on the list (so if they read No. 1 and No. 12 in Feb, they might make book No. 2 be No 1 & 2; and book No. 11 be No 11 & 12) 2d
TheAromaofBooks @Smarkies - (cont'd) - it's a pretty loose challenge, so however you want to end up with 20 numbers is good with me!! 😊 2d
Smarkies @TheAromaofBooks thanks! 😁 2d

Weird reading week. Took me at least twice as long to read The Intuitionist as it usually does a book that size. After that, I was really in the mood for something fluffy, so I read a P&P variation, & then the sequel to the variation, & now I'm reading the tagged book. Mostly, though, my brother convinced me to start playing Stardew Valley & now I can't stop! 😂

1. I enjoy it, and go through moods where it's all I read! Definitely prefer a large dose of humor, though.
2. Stay in every day that it's possible to stay in 😆
3. Flowers
4. So many, but Elinor and Edward came to mind.

Crazeedi Number 2 is me! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Crazeedi - they always say introverts should marry extroverts to provide balance, but I have found that being an introvert married to another introvert is quite relaxing as there is never any debate as to whether we should “go do something.“ 😆 1w

Crazeedi @TheAromaofBooks mine is rather extroverted, so it does complement me, since he likes to be home too. 1w

TheAromaofBooks @Crazeedi - I admit, that would be handy! We both aspire to be hermits in the mountains, so we'll see how that works out long term! 😂 1w
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @TheAromaofBooks I‘ve dated a few extroverts and they wore me out wanting to go and do something all the time!! I think I‘ll just stay single!! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks - haha it can be tough finding the right one!! I knew I was on the right track with my husband because we didn't even go out on dates - just took walks around town since it turned out we only lived a few blocks apart. We're both pretty serious homebodies!! 1w

Not gonna lie, my go-to for fluff reading? Terrible Pride & Prejudice variations. I love how many different ways a similar story can be told. This one was better than many, with realistic problems instead of ridiculous ones. I was a bit disappointed that the author went through the trouble of making Wickham even more despicable than the original, but then didn't have him be the main villain! Still, a fun and easy read.

TheAromaofBooks PS Also a not-steamy version, which is always nice!!

1. I am OCD about book series, so I either read them all the way through or never intend to finish haha Tagged book is the first in a series I've been meaning to read for YEARS though.
2. First library card!! Had to be able to sign my name in cursive before I could get one, and spent hours practicing!
3. Gilbert was definitely my first, and I still have a pretty big soft spot for him. ❤

#WondrousWednesday @Eggs

Butterfinger Is this Gilbert from Green Gables? I remember crushing on him. 2w

Picture of my adorable Kindle cover and the random thought that there were a lot of "pan" reviews as I was scrolling through my feed this morning, and I actually love that! I love the reminder that not every book is for everyone, and it's okay to have a negative opinion about a story, even if someone else loves it. I appreciate the community here that has room for "unpopular opinions" and honest thoughts. Love it!!

BookishMe Such a pretty cover! 2w
LiteraryinLititz Great point! I really appreciate that too! 2w
ljuliel Cute cover ! And agreed, it‘s a much better feeling to know you don‘t have to read a book. If you don‘t like it, toss it. There are lots more where that came from. 2w

The Intuitionist: A Novel | Colson Whitehead
post image

Sometimes a book makes me feel kind of dumb, and this was one of those books. I never really "got" what Whitehead was driving at. Is this some kind of allegory? (I'm terrible at both identifying and understanding allegories, being more the straight-shooter type haha) The story is very slow moving, with sometimes confusing jumps in time and characters. (Who is the screaming man?) I wanted to know what was going to happen, but never felt connected⬇️

TheAromaofBooks to the characters or the story. It's incredibly rare for it take me more than a day and a half to read a book this length, and it took me almost four days to get through this one, and not even because I was reading other things - just because I never really felt interested in picking it back up. Not a horrible read, but not one I particularly liked. Still planning to read The Underground Railroad next week to give Whitehead another try. 2w
Suet624 I find this author to be hit or miss. 2w
See All 7 Comments
TheAromaofBooks @Suet624 - I found a description of this book listing it as “speculative fiction“ and I think that may have been part of my problem with it. I would have liked it better if the setting was either more significantly different from our world, or was just straight historical fiction. Still interested to give him another try, though. Which of his books have you found to be more hits than misses? 2w
Suet624 @TheAromaofBooks Underground Railroad and The Nickel Boys are ones I would lean toward. 2w
TheAromaofBooks @Suet624 - cool, I have Underground Railroad out from the library as well!! Hoping to try that one next week. 2w

Well, @Lizpixie it has taken me a while to create my entry for your lovely #LizPixies3x3Giveaway because I have had trouble narrowing down to three genres, much less three books! ? But here are three I love. I read a lot of what I call practical nonfiction - love learning how to actually do/make things. Wodehouse is basically his own genre, something like "overbearing aunt humor." And I do love romance that doesn't take itself too seriously. ⬇️

TheAromaofBooks Thank you again for the giveaway, and congratulations on reaching 300,000!!! 2w

ImperfectCJ Someone else with Backyard Homestead! We don't have a big enough yard to use most of the information now, but I still love the book. 2w
See All 7 Comments
TheAromaofBooks @BookishMe - Right?? I have so much love for his books!!! 2w
TheAromaofBooks @ImperfectCJ - I have a big soft spot for Storey Publishers in general. Backyard Homestead is one of the first of their books I ever purchased, and I was hooked, even if I can't use all the info due to space constraints!! I have loads of their vegetable gardening books, too. 2w
ImperfectCJ @TheAromaofBooks I like their books, too. I've had Carrots Love Tomatoes for several years, and I recently bought (tagged) for our patio garden hoping to grow more edibles and maybe some recall-proof romaine lettuce. I have never had much luck growing lettuce. *Sigh* 2w
TheAromaofBooks @ImperfectCJ - I've had to try different lettuces to find ones that work for me - I don't have very good luck with “head“ types, but the leaf types usually work for me as long as I keep them out of the beating sun. Some veggies are just easier for some people - I've been told carrots are the easiest things to grow, and I have terrible luck with them!! 2w

Having trouble connecting with this one. A lot more technical information about elevators than I was anticipating! 😆

Soubhiville It‘s really interesting to me that I‘m seeing folks love his most recent 2 books, but not really enjoying his backlist. (edited) 2w
SamAnne @Soubhiville I‘ve thought the same thing. Whitehead was on my TBR list for awhile before I picked up Underground Railroqd. Loved it and read Nickel Boys. I‘ve been following along on this reading challenge to choose my next one and there have been some mixed reviews. 2w
AmyG @Soubhiville i read John Henry Days and found it to be overly wordy. The man can write and some of the descriptions were brilliant. But he seems to have honed and pared down his writing in his most recent two books. It made them more enjoyable to read and more focused on the story itself. 2w
See All 6 Comments
TheAromaofBooks @Soubhiville @SamAnne @AmyG - glad I'm not alone. I've noticed some of the more lukewarm reviews of his older books as well. I think I'm slightly hampered in this story by not really knowing anything about elevators, so I don't know how much of this stuff is completely made up, how much of it is real, and how much is in between. It has an almost magical realism flavor that isn't really my style, despite being an interesting story. 2w
SamAnne @TheAromaofBooks well, how much do you really want to know about elevators LOL? 2w
TheAromaofBooks @SamAnne - okay, good point! 😆 2w

This was exactly what I wanted it to be: a quick, fluffy, happy read with likable characters. There were times when Emily felt a little slow on the uptake, but overall a fun story. GR shows a sequel coming out this fall, and I actually think there are other characters to explore so that could be nifty as well.

#BookReport - I read the four checked books & am only a chapter or two away from finishing the tagged book, which wasn't on my original stack. (It's actually my #doublespin book which I'm reading before my #bookspin book, which means I'm kind of not doing my own challenge right haha)

I can NOT decide whether or not to finish The Ruin of Kings! It has a lot going for it, but is also a BRICK of a book. I'm a hundred pages in and interested but ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) not completely engaged, you know? Usually I'm pretty confident about whether or not to finish a book, but I'm dithering on this one. I guess for now I'll just keep it as my meal book & see if it gets more interesting. The dual timelines are unnecessarily complicated & really bringing down my overall enjoyment. Ah well.

Buechersuechtling @TheAromaofBooks If you allow the (maybe unwanted) advice: From how you talk about it, I‘d say: “Bail on it.” 🤷🏽‍♀️ 2w

Started two new books yesterday, both written by someone named Jen(n)?! Not completely sure about the tagged book - almost 600 pages long, 10+ pages of glossary, and loads of footnotes. I'm going to stick with it for at least 100 pages though and see what happens. But my brain wasn't handling it last night, so I switched to Well Met for some fluff!!

Set in the not-too-distant future, society looks very similar to today. Unsurprisingly, people are more dependent on their cell phones than ever, especially on an app called Lux, which analyzes every situation for you and tells you the optimal choice for every question - what to eat, where to shop, when to leave for an appointment. When Rory gets accepted to the most prestigious high school in the country, she's thrilled, especially when she ⬇️

TheAromaofBooks finds out that her mother (who died when Rory was born) also attended the same school. Things take a darker twist, though, as Rory begins to discover things about the school, a secret society, and (of course) Lux. While some aspects of this story were predictable YA/scifi/dystopian kind of stuff, overall I really loved the concept of a society that has done its best to quash that quiet voice in our heads & replace it with 100% rational choices ⬇ 3w
TheAromaofBooks thanks to technology. This book felt like it could easily have strayed too far into religious territory, but kept the balance well. Overall a fun read for its genre.

Special thanks to @emilymdxn for hosting the #WideHorizonsReadathon this past week! I didn't do a great job posting my updates, but I did track my time. I was halfway the tagged book when I went to bed last night, putting my final time at 18hrs 18mins - short of my goal, but I did read 8 1/2 books during this week (a total of 2305 pages!) Life was a little crazier than expected, so not as much reading time as I wanted, but still loads of fun!

Today's #libraryhaul is mostly Whitehead books for #AuthoraMonth. I've never read any of his books, so I am looking forward to giving him a try!

Starless Sea also came back in. I wasn't in the head space for it when I had it around Christmas, but am hoping to get into it this go-round.

An Episode of Sparrows is a random book from my TBR that I know almost nothing about!

All in all, a good haul.

vivastory I really liked Apex Hides the Hurt 3w
TheAromaofBooks @vivastory - I was intrigued at how all of his books sounded different from one another. Probably won't start one until next week, but I'm looking forward to trying them. 3w

TheAromaofBooks @BookishMe - I really love The Night Circus a lot, although I know its floaty style isn't for everyone. Starless Sea came in at the library for me right at Christmas/New Year's and there was just too much going on for me to really focus on it, and I quickly realized that if I tried to make myself read it then, I wasn't going to enjoy it, so I sent it back and put myself back on the waiting list haha Things are quieter now, so I'm hopeful!! 3w

1. Loads, I'm sure, but nothing specific is coming to mind. I particularly get annoyed with thrillers that go what I consider to be one twist too far for the sake of a GOTCHA at the expense of being credible.
2. Not that I can recall, but I have definitely smacked myself in the head with a book after closing it for the final time to remind myself to NOT READ STUPID BOOKS. 😂

I have been working my way through this series for about a year (only halfway through!!), and my favorites are definitely the ones with the deaf man - so clever! Genuinely enjoying the 87th Precinct.

Also keep forgetting to post my time for the #WideHorizonsReadathon!! Finishing this book put me at 9hrs 1min - still behind for my goal, but we spent a lot of time yesterday painting new bookshelves, so I can't complain too much!! 😁

rabbitprincess This is my favourite 87th Precinct novel, and I have that same edition 😊 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Rabbitprincess - I have been reading the whole series in batches of five in published order, and it's been so much fun! I love McBain's wry sense of humor, and it was especially prevalent in this one. 3w
Emilymdxn That‘s still an amazing total! I do so badly at tracking times for readathons it‘s so easy to lose track 😕 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Emilymdxn - Right?? I'm not awesome at it. I do better now that I have a stopwatch instead of trying to do it on my phone, which I invariably reset at inconvenient times! 3w

Okay, this is the #DoubleSpin number!! The official #BookSpin number (TWELVE!!) is in my previous post, but several participants said they would love to try to read two books from their lists, so this number is for them!! I am only tagging the people who specifically asked to be tagged with the second number. Remember, this is overall a no-pressure challenge, so I ESPECIALLY do not want people to feel pressured about reading a second book!! ⬇

TheAromaofBooks This number is here if you want it, and ignore it if you don't!! 3w
Megabooks I may or may not do the double spin, but I got some nonfiction to balance the fiction on my first spin. 3w
See All 39 Comments
zezeki I think I might do double spin as well. 3w
ljuliel The Double Spin sounds like something on Wheel of Fortune. You could be the Vanna White of Litsy. 😊 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Megabooks - Mine is the other way, nonfiction for #BookSpin and fiction for #DoubleSpin. So many choices! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @zezeki - You are definitely welcome to!! I didn't tag everyone with this post, because a lot of people didn't want to feel pressured to do the second book, but I thought this way the opportunity is there if people want it!! 3w
Addison_Reads I love the #DoubleSpin idea! I'll definitely do 2 this month. 😁 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Addison_Reads - yay!! I'll be excited to see your reviews!! 3w
sblbooks My double spin book is 3w
MartinaLove I forgot to post my books 😭 3w
hes7 I think I‘ll squeeze in the second with 3w
RachelO Not sure I‘ll get there, but it‘s so different from anything else I‘ve read recently, I might try! 3w
OriginalCyn620 I didn‘t ask to be specifically tagged for it, but I‘m gonna try to get to the #DoubleSpin this month! My number one is 3w
wanderinglynn I‘m in! My number 1 is 3w
Mynameisacolour I'm game for a double spin! My #1 is 3w
MissAimz_55 I‘m def doing the double spin number because my number 1 is a book that I should read this month for black history month! Also it fits for several of the challenges I am in including #popsugarreadingchallenge for #womeninstem . My number 1 book was 3w
guinsgirlreads Oooh yay again! The next in the Stone Barrington series that I‘m so behind on! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @MarinaLove - honestly, this is kind of a lawless challenge, so you are still welcome to join!! If you have some physical books, just count off until you get to 12, or count down 12 books on your Kindle list, or anything along those lines that will work for you! And I'll tag you when it's time to get together your March list!! ❤ 3w
TheAromaofBooks @sblbooks @hes7 @RachelO @Crazeedi @OriginalCyn620@wanderinglynn @michellelav @Mynameisacolour @MissAimz_55 @guinsgirlreads - I'm so excited that so many people want to read two books from their lists!! I am really looking forward to seeing how you all enjoy your reads!! 3w
Kdgordon88 Totally doing #DoubleSpin. I feel like I going to get a real handle on my TBR so thank you. My #1 is With Fire On High. 3w
marleed I‘m down for both! 12 is Cage of Stars. 1 is Maybe You Should Talk to Someone! 3w
Clwojick Not sure yet if I‘ll be doing #DoubleSpin, but i should since it‘s been on my TBR FOREVERRRR... and we all know I can finish more than 2 books in a month 😅 Hopefully I‘ll go for it, and if I do my book is 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Kdgordon88 @marleed @Clwojick - hope you make it to the second title!! I only put “easy“ books on my list so I think I can do both! 😆 3w
RainyDayReading Woo! I‘m so excited! My second title is The Dead House which has been on my TBR for years!! Redwall and The Dead House, shaping up to be a pretty good month 😁 3w
TheAromaofBooks @RainyDayReading - I haven't heard of The Dead House, so I'll look forward to your review!! 3w
CarolynM This is my IRL book group read this month. Score! #twoforone 😂 3w
TheAromaofBooks @CarolynM - HA! Nice one. 😁 3w
RainyDayReading @TheAromaofBooks It‘s basically a mixed media YA horror/thriller that I‘ve been dying to read! I think it has flown under the radar for a while haha. 3w
TheAromaofBooks @RainyDayReading - I'm not usually a horror fan, but I really do like the mixed media concept for books. 3w
Suet624 I'm coming up with my list now. I know #12 was picked for February, but was there are number picked for January? I need to know so that I leave those two numbers blank on my list. 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Suet624 - 18 was January's number. However, all 20 numbers are possible every month. 3w
Suet624 Oh! Great. Thanks so much. 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Suet624 - Sorry, I was on mobile earlier so I may have sounded a little abrupt lol But yes, each month you can either make an entirely new list, fill in new books to the slots that were chosen that month, or double number some of your books (I had someone who read their 18th book in January but didn't want to add a book to their list, so they just made their 3rd book represent book No. 3 and No. 18 for the sake of the draw). Hope that helps! 😊 3w
Ellsbeth I am getting back into Litsy after a long hiatus and was looking at the different reading challenges. I really like this idea. Thank you! 1w
TheAromaofBooks @Ellsbeth - glad you are finding your way back to this happy community!! I am planning to do a draw every month, so if you want, I can add you to the tag list to let you know when it's time to post your March list. 😊 1w

Good morning, everyone! The moment you have all been waiting for!! Our lucky number is TWELVE!! I can't tell you how happy I am to have 117 Littens who posted #BookSpin lists for February!! I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at everyone's lists & am really looking forward to seeing your reviews! Just a few quick housekeeping items that I would really appreciate if you would take a moment to read -

⬇ ⬇

TheAromaofBooks 1. I am hoping to have a giveaway at the end of the year. Entries are reviews of #BookSpin books, but I will only know about them if you tag me, so please tag me whenever you read & review your book for the month. DNFs count! The goal for #BookSpin is to get a book off your TBR, so if you decide not to finish it, it's still off the list, so tag me & tell me why you bailed. ⬇ 3w
TheAromaofBooks 2. Several people expressed interest in reading two books from their list this month. I know that's not for everyone & I don't want anyone to feel pressured to read two books, but the next post will be the #DoubleSpin number. If you want to read a second book, go for it! If you tag me with your #DoubleSpin review, that will also count for an entry for the giveaway. ⬇ 3w
TheAromaofBooks 3. I am tagging everyone who posted a list, so if you posted a list & you do not get tagged here, please let me know! It means I either accidentally missed your original #BookSpin post OR I wrote down your username wrong. Either way, I'm really sorry. Everyone is welcome to join this challenge, so if I missed you it was entirely by mistake - just let me know!! ⬇ 3w

TheAromaofBooks Thanks for your patience in reading my ridiculously long post & for joining me for this goofy little challenge. I look forward to seeing what everyone reads this month!! 3w
ljuliel Although I didn‘t sign up for it , as I‘m a bit too much of a Fly By the Seat of My Pants Reader , congrats on such a great idea ! You sure got a lot of interest in it, which is great ! Anything to keep Litsy active and book centered is wonderful. 3w
Lcsmcat Thanks for putting this together and doing all this work! 3w
Suet624 This is SUCH a great idea. Thanks for tagging me. I‘ll get my list together this month and send it along to you for March‘s drawing. 3w
Megabooks I got this! Perfect for #blackhistorymonth 3w
Nessavamusic Thank you for organizing this! I was not tagged. Here‘s my book of the month! 3w
4thhouseontheleft Oh boy, I got a chunkster! 🤣 Thanks for organizing! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @ljuliel - thank you!! I had ten people participate last month, so I was happily surprised at how many people were interested this month. It's a low-key challenge, so that helps a lot. 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Lscmcat - It's honestly been so much fun looking at everyone's lists, and I can't wait to read everyone's reviews, too!! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @jenniferw88 @Megabooks @4thhouseontheleft - oh my gosh, I'm already excited about reading everyone's reviews!!! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Suet624 - Sounds perfect!! I'll be sure to tag you when it's time to get together the list for next month!! I'm trying to do that a week before the number draw, so whenever a week before the 2nd of the month is lol 3w
Foxyfictionista Here's my number 12. Thank you for organising! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Nessavamusic - sorry about that!! You are on my list, I just apparently can't read my own handwriting 😆 Thanks for letting me know. I printed it more clearly this time!! And Well Met is my #doublespin draw, so I am hoping to get to it this month, too! 3w
imyril Woooooow so many of us!!! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @LeticiaToraci @Foxyfictionista - I'm starting to think that this may have been a bad idea. Instead of getting books OFF my TBR, I think I'm only going to end up ADDING books while I'm reading everyone's reviews! 😂 3w
TheAromaofBooks @imyril - Right?? I only had ten people participate last month, so I was delightfully surprised to have so many people interested this month! Seeing everyone's lists (and seeing #BookSpin in the trending tags!!!) has been SO fun! 3w
LeticiaToraci My TBR is 2000 books, so I can relate to that 😁 3w
greenreads Thank you so much! My number 12 is The War on Normal People. 3w
zezeki I'm so excited, my number 12 is 3w
AmyG Yay. I read The Dovekeepers. Now I just have to find where I put it! 🤣 3w
TheAromaofBooks @LeticiaToraci - I did a HUGE TBR cull last year which brought it down to a more “reasonable“ 800ish haha 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Chrissyreadit @Chili @greenreads @sblbooks - I am getting so excited about seeing everyone's reviews!!! 3w
Eggs @TheAromaofBooks Thanks Sarah- my first and second spin for February are: Ninja School Mom and Modern Lovers 3w
TheAromaofBooks @AmyG - haha I know that feeling! I spent like 20mins yesterday looking for a book and mine are MOSTLY organized! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Eggs - haha sounds like a contrast in reads! 3w
erzascarletbookgasm Fun idea! Look forward to see everyone‘s books and reviews. 3w
guinsgirlreads Thanks! Yay! I met Rea Frey and she‘s awesome! Mine is signed, so I might have to get it from the library, but I got 3w
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thank you for your time putting this together!! You‘re awesome!! 💞💞 3w

RachelO 🎉🎉🎉 My no 12 has only been on my shelf a month or two. I‘m looking forward to it! 3w
Amandajoy Lucky number 12 is 3w
OriginalCyn620 My lucky number twelve is 3w
michellelav I am so excited! This is honestly the best idea cause my bookshelf is so full I now have a neat floor pile. 😅 My number 12 is 3w
wanderinglynn I totally want to do #doublespin! 😀 My number 12 is 3w
olivia.ferz This is my 12th book from the list. It's been on my shelf for 2 years now and I was hoping it wouldn't get picked.🙈 But that's the point of this challenge so I'm gonna finish this book by this month at all costs! 3w
claudiuo I was looking forward to today to find out the number. I wanted to read this book for so long but others got in the way. Now is the time. Thank you so much for organizing this! 3w
MissAimz_55 Thank you sooo much for doing this! My number 12 is a book that got added to my TBR from here and it‘s a fantasy, paranormal, YA, and it‘s part of a series. 3w
EmilyM The 12th book on my list is Never Have I Ever by Joshilyn Jackson...I was so excited to find it for half price and then it got shoved into my TBR to wait for me to get to it, so now I will for sure get to it this month! This was fun! #doublespin is Patsy. I'm going to try to get to that one, too. #bookspin @TheAromaofBooks 3w
Melismatic Woot - my #12 is one of the biggest chunksters in my TBR so fingers crossed! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @ezrascarletbookgasm - Right?! I think my plan of TBR reduction with this project is 100% backfiring, because all I want to do is add everyone's books! 😂 3w
TheAromaofBooks @alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @llwheeler @MissAimz_55 - I'm so excited to host this. It's so fun that people are actually doing it! 😆 Can't wait to see your reviews!! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Crazeedi - Sorry I missed you on the tag list somehow!! You are on my physical list. I may have just typed your name wrong 😬 Can't wait to read your review, though!! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @michellelav - I have a similar problem... spent most of yesterday painting a new bookshelf to try to help with the stacks!! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @olivia.ferz - haha good luck!! I know about those lingering books! 3w
TheAromaofBooks @claudiuo - isn't it funny how we pick up books we really want to read and then don't actually read them?? Hope you enjoy your pick!! 3w
michellelav @TheAromaofBooks How did you paint your bookshelf! You should post a picture I love seeing peoples book shelves 😍 I need to find the space for another shelf 😅 3w
robinb Thanks so much for coming up with such a fun idea and getting us organized! 💕 I don‘t think I‘ll have time this month for #doublespin but would love to participate in the future. My #12 for #bookspin is the first in a mystery series that I‘ve been meaning to read forever! Thanks for giving me that extra incentive! 😊 3w
TheAromaofBooks @robinb - luckily this challenge hasn't been too crazy to organize... when I write down people's names right! 😆 I'm always looking for a new series, so I'll be interested to see how you like your book!! 3w
melissajayne I'll start when I get home from work 3w
bookandbedandtea @sblbooks Mine too! I have a feeling it's going to be a heartbreaker, which is, frankly, why I've been putting it off. 😬 3w

TheAromaofBooks @Lifeisasnap - that's honestly hilarious! 3w

JaclynW Cool! Thanks for organizing! I'm glad so many people have signed on. The more, the merrier! Speaking of organizing....my #12 is 3w
RainyDayReading @TheAromaofBooks No kidding! I guess the #BookSpin gods heard my plan and decided to be helpful 🤣 3w
TheAromaofBooks @JaclynW - oooo I have really been meaning to read that one!! Can't wait to hear what you think! 3w
mabell Yay! I‘m excited for this one! 3w
mabell After I finish my January book 🤣 3w
TheAromaofBooks @mabell - haha I know that feeling!! 😆 3w
cathysaid This sounds like fun! I‘m going to get a list together for March if it‘s not too late. Also, this looks like it‘s really taken off so if you need assistance just let us know! #bookspin 2d
TheAromaofBooks @cathysaid - thank you!! I'm good for now, but if the exponential growth continues, I will let you know!! 😆 And absolutely not too late for March - I don't draw until the 2nd. Hopefully posting a reminder/info post today or tomorrow; I like to give everyone a shout-out a week before the spin!! 2d
cathysaid @TheAromaofBooks Great! Made my list and since we have a week left in February I had my husband pick a number for a book I can hopefully get read this week. This will be so good for me. I‘ve been an avid reader and lover of books all my life but this year my ability to concentrate has been terrible. (I‘m blaming age 🤪) Hopefully this is the kick in the pants I need. So thank you! 2d
TheAromaofBooks @cathysaid - also, I just posted the info for this month's spin but forgot to tag you LOL but feel free to check it out! It's pretty fun to let the fates choose your books sometimes! 2d

1. Tagged.
2. The Blue Castle, which was a reread. For new reads, I think it was A Man Called Ove.
3. Honestly nothing comes to mind. I don't watch a lot of tv or movies, though.

BookishMe Ditto for no 3 ;D 3w

#BookReport - Read the tagged books, read one chapter of The Angel's Command before deciding it wasn't for me, and also read a not-pictured ebook, Some Kind of Wonderful, about which I had very mixed feelings. Now I'm in the midst of my next batch of 87th Precinct books, which I've been reading in groups of five whenever I feel like it. The tagged book is my current read and brings back my favorite villain from this series.

Wow everyone, I am SO excited about how many of you have posted #BookSpin lists!! I will be drawing the winning number tomorrow (February 2) so there is still time to join if you're interested!!

If you have posted a list & I have *not* commented on it, could you please hit me with a reminder tag? I really don't want to accidentally skip anyone! There was a huge surge in people posting lists - I have a better system for making sure I'm seeing ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) everyone, but may have missed someone in that initial flurry. Please don't hesitate to give me a second tag if needed!! Everyone's lists have been super fun to see, & I'm quite excited to read all of your reviews!! 3w
Butterfinger I love how it took off this month. 3w
TheAromaofBooks @Butterfinger - Me, too! It's just been so much fun to see all the lists and enthusiasm! 3w
Victoria_Clyne @TheAromaofBooks I don't think you commented on my post 3w

Anyone else trying to complete #FebruaryBookishBingo? As with January, I am going to try to get a bingo by the end of the month, and complete the card by the end of a year (so by 31 January 2021).

hes7 🙋🏼‍♀️ 4w
TheAromaofBooks @hes7 - I have a bingo addiction!! 😂 4w
BookishMe Book bingo is one I have yet to tick off! 3w
SaturnDoo I printed these off last year and never done them. So this year I am doing them as year long cover all challenges. Hoping the prompts keep reading a variety of books. 3w
TheAromaofBooks I'm starting one each month and then giving myself a year to finish them. I have seen an updated version of February floating around, though. 3w
