The absolute ONLY reason I have a Twitter is to tell authors how much I love their books 😂 I love when they actually reply!
Wow! Still so many questions. I think I may have a major girl crush on Pam Jenoff.
I cannot wait to chat with you ladies! @samanthagutt @whatsthEStorey #LitsyAtWork
Also, my first read of #2020!
WOW! This was an amazing story about a German woman living in France during WWI who feels trapped, her life already mapped out for her. It seemed like every other chapter ended on a cliffhanger, and I couldn‘t put it down. Also, this is one of the few books that I didn‘t correctly guess the ending!
My #Booked2020 pick for hat/head covering on cover 🤓
So hard to prepare for our Roaring '20s new years party when this book is soooooo good!
I read this book and it's companion book in the last couple days. This book was ok, but some of the things that happened stretched credibility. The premise of the book ,which tells of krakow during the nazi occupation , was good. The plight of the Jews was horrific, I've read many books on the subject. This book left a lot on the table
This book took me a while but I was busy. I‘m finally back! And yes, enjoyed it, will read more of this author. European spy after WWI, build up to WWII. And I think this was a prequel, so definitely looking for the follow up.
