If any of you are in the DC/MD/VA area, here are some local events I‘ll be doing this year!
Bookish art, horror art, sci fi art, all the fun things.

I love following this artist on instagram! Art from books! Picked this Title for the post and it looks good too!!
Didn‘t realize this was part of a series. Enjoyable read combining Paris, food, and art made from books. Not the most complex mystery, but it was well paced, and the characters and dialogue kept things moving.
I love how we get introduced to Hugh and his interests right from the beginning. His passion for books convinces him to attend an event where the sculptures are made from books. Then a murder occurs and Hugh has to use his wits to prove the police have the wrong person locked up.

Inspiration for anyone who wants to take their book pics to the next level! 😂
This woman uses her books to create elaborate scenes for Instagram. They are pretty impressive!

I‘ve been slacking on my book reviews; so today I took a few books and my computer and got some concentrated writing done at the library! I love working at the library, because I focus well there. (Well, and I hate the smell of coffee. So Starbucks is out. 😂) How about you?
We had leftover crêpes from dinner last night, and Noel sautéed up some bananas, and brought me breakfast in bed! He and the girls are watching Elf (which I hate), so I‘m just gonna keep reading here in bed! ?
