Another excellent read courtesy of Lynda La Plant! I don‘t think this woman can write something I don‘t love! Crime at its best. Really gripping sequel and written with a great pace too. Must read!

This is a really entertaining series and the second book is very suspenseful and exciting. The cast of characters really draws you in and keeps you in your toes as you follow them through the story. I‘m excited to finish up the series with book 3 and see where it goes!

#BookMail Pt5 And of course I had to get the sequel as well! I‘m seriously considering going and ordering the 4th Tennyson book they have signed as well. British crime is one of my favourite sub genres, and La Plante is the master of it. I also love how most of her books are female driven, a rarity in crime. After the widows manage to pull off their heist, Dolly discovers not only is her husband alive, but that‘s he‘s now after them.
