Pickpick

This one got better halfway through. The adventure picks up from the middle and that‘s when it gets interesting only for it to abruptly end. It could‘ve prolonged a bit more.
I wish Eustace and Prince Rilian were given more “screen time.” Jill and Puddleglum are characters I thought I didn‘t need but I change my mind. Puddleglum is my favorite. 😁

i.besteph Book description:
Eustace and Jill escape from the bullies at school through a strange door in the wall, which, for once, is unlocked. It leads to the open moor...or does it? Once again Aslan has a task for the children, and Narnia needs them. Through dangers untold and caverns deep and dark, they pursue the quest that brings them face to face with the evil Witch. She must be defeated if Prince Rillian is to be saved.

146 pages. Quite a disappointment. If the Dawn Treader still contained some character development, this one had none. New main character introduced, not sure why at all needed. It would have been good enough with Eustace alone.
