This is very lovely indeed. A collaboration between author John Coy and long-time photograper of the immigrant experience in the US Wing Young Huie. The text is simple, looking at the shared experiences of immigrant families, in their dreams of a better life. If you can find a print copy, this is one to pore over, and maybe talk about your family history.

#MarchIntoThe70s Day 17: #ImmigrantSong is captured perfectly in this nonfiction book reviewed by Fats: “Both descended from immigrant families, author John Coy and photographer Wing Young Huie teamed up to create this beautiful book that pays tribute to the immigrant experience. It begins with a line that encapsulates the arrival stories of immigrants: ‘My family came here from far away… because they dreamed of more.‘” https://wp.me/pDlzr-d26
