I usually love all of his books, but this one is a little tedious. It‘s a new series and a Russian spy thriller. I enjoy the Tracy Crosswhite series much more. 🤷‍♀️

MoonWitch94 Massages are self-care, and it‘s not selfish to miss something that makes us feel good & healthy! ((I miss them, too)) The beach is the PERFECT reason to cut out of work early! Our beaches in NJ closed for the most part—I miss seeing the ocean. 4y

I‘m not usually a fan of spy novels, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one from Robert Dugoni. I have read all of his Tracy Crosswhite series and I loved them. However this first book in the Charles Jenkins series is a different kind of book. It was a little slow for me at first because I wasn‘t sure about the CIA or spy aspect but it quickly picked up and kept me engrossed. I definitely plan on reading future books in the series!

From my blog book tour review earlier this week... Excellent debut of a new series from Robert Dugoni (his Tracy Crosswhite series is a favorite of mine & now Charles Jenkins will be & it's on Kindle Unlimited too). A mix of Russian spy thriller & courtroom drama that had me chewing my fingernails. 😱 Paired with Smoky Eggplant Spread with Marbled Rye Toasts & Pickled Veggies inspired by a dinner in Russia from the book.
