Medical resident Dr. Abby Matteo is elated when the elite cardiac transplant team at Boston's Bayside Hospital taps her as a potential recruit. It's a DNF for me. I got over a third of the way through but found myself skim reading it which is a good indication that it's time to bail. It hasn't put me off picking up another Tess Gerritsen, I just think the hospital setting wasn't for me.
