I thought this one might be Christmasy but it was just snowy lol Once again the illustrations make this story. Annie's cat disappears so Annie sets corn cakes by the woods to try and find a new pet - with surprising results! Meanwhile, the border illustrations show the reader where Annie's cat has gone. (Apparently my hand got all shaky so sorry for the blurry picture haha)
