One of the few Koontz books that I really liked. I actually think of this book often in regards to technology and its effects on our lives. Koontz‘s sci-fi/horror scenario hits uncomfortably close to the mark in a metaphorical sense!

People in Midnight Cove are mysteriously dying. A woman comes to town to find out what happened to her sister who reportedly died of suicide. An FBI agent is investigating undercover. A young girl is running from what she perceives are aliens. Only Dean Koontz‘s wild imagination can explain what‘s happening in this small California town. #MountTBR

I usually don't have the time to read even 4 books with office going on now but I guess I'd like to finish The Husband, NYPD Red 3, Darkness Comes and probably reread Midnight.
