Oh my gosh, y'all, my entire heart goes out to Hawaii and everyone being impacted by the tragedy happening right now in Maui and beyond. I can't even begin to imagine 💔

Hooked_on_books @squirrelbrain Yes, I‘m safe on the Big Island and well away from the fires here. I was down in Hilo yesterday and this is all anyone is talking about. I knew Lahaina fairly well and seeing the photos today with the smoke cleared, it‘s unrecognizable. Utter devastation. I‘m still in shock. Thanks for checking on me. 9mo

DebinHawaii @Hooked_on_books Glad you are away from the fires there. Scary stuff. On a lighter note, I was in Hilo yesterday too. One of these days we need to meet up for coffee or lunch or something as I am/will be there more regularly for work. 9mo

Hooked_on_books @DebinHawaii I‘m usually down there once a week on Wednesday or Thursday and would love to meet up. If you ever have a day when you have some extra time, you could come up and see the farm. We‘re between Mt View and Volcano, about a half hour drive outside Hilo. 9mo
