I had no knowledge of this author but love some of the things she has said or written looking at my research.

This quote sums up what reading does to readers. This is why I love reading, & even more so than films or TV. On films & tv you are watching someone else‘s interpretation of words, & not the effect those words have on you. We all interact so differently to books even with those who share reading interests. #AugustAuthors #JhumpaLahiri
