My favorite cake/cupcake is red velvet *with* cream cheese frosting. None of that whipped icing stuff, which I have, unfortunately, found on a red velvet cupcake once. Let me just tell you how wrong & utterly disappointing it was.

I totally made sugar cookies with buttercream frosting and sprinkles today! 😋 I‘m thinking of using the book calendar as a journal or log with all the cookies I make in a year (with recipes). 2021 is going to be delicious!
