Did a little detour to Grasmere on our way home and popped into the bookshop. I liked the cover and title of this one and it sounds intriguing.
A lovely surprise to come across this bookshop in Grasmere, as the Library Thing search engine didn't turn it up as it was listed under Ambleside. Nice selection of new books packed into small space. Solidarity with the bookseller who politely asked a browser to wear a mask, and received a passive-aggressive response as they stropped out ✊🏻
